Well not actually ‘ours’, but the first we attended together.
This was the wedding of Reg and Debi, the new Mr and Mrs Parsons! Reg is a friend of Stu’s from uni who we haven’t seen for years so it was good to catch up and to celebrate the occasion!
The wedding was in Wareham, which is a pretty little town in Dorset. The town is full of independent shops, little coffee shops, pubs and of course the church where they got married. As Stu has the invitation and not me, I can’t remember what the church was called, but it was a really cute church situated on the top of the hill which made for a fantastic photo after the wedding.
The most impressive part of the day was the decor for the reception and evening do. From the moment you arrived until the end of the evening, there was always something special planned. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a teacup and saucer of Pimms and then made our way to our seats as shown on a board in the entrance room. The room was decorated in a rustic country wedding style and it looked amazing. My photos really don’t do it justice so check out the website of Perfectly Pretty Wedding Service to see everything they can do!
Everything was thought of, from ‘freshen up’ kits in the bathroom to ‘hangover kits’ to take home at the end of night. There were so many clever touches around the venue to keep guests entertained and to create keepsakes for the bride and groom.
